Seluna
A notification on your phone when something in your GitHub repositories needs attention. Self-hosted on your own free Cloudflare account, delivered through your own messenger.

Overview
Seluna sends a notification to your phone when something in your GitHub repositories needs attention: a pull request waits for review, a build turns red, a security alert opens. The state of your repositories comes to you instead of you noticing it by chance. Drafts stay quiet, except for a leaked secret.
Every user runs their own instance. A private GitHub App sends webhooks to a Cloudflare Worker in your own account, which keeps its state in D1 and delivers through a messenger of your own, today a Telegram bot. ntfy, Gotify, Matrix and Discord are planned. Nothing passes through a central service.
Every webhook is checked against its signature first. A delivery is processed once, and a matching event is stored in an outbox before it is sent. Your messenger never calls your instance, Seluna only sends. The GitHub App credentials and the bot token are stored encrypted.
Seluna is set up in the browser: use the “Deploy to Cloudflare” button to create and deploy your own copy of the repository, then follow the setup wizard. The aim is a working setup in under 15 minutes. You choose which repositories are covered when you install the GitHub App.
